At Rib Blouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new blouse isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your rib-knit items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
